Aoxu mold provides complete and detailed mold design and printing of all mold components. This includes die layout and assembly drawings with separate bill of materials. Each design contains a mold manual. These manuals detail all the important die features and information about your particular die. We also provide pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and hot runner schematics where applicable. There is a design check list to ensure mould design is completed and to a high standard of quality. We provide detailed 3D mold design services, from simple parting line splitting to complete 3D mold assembly using 3D software. Our 3D mold design models include all parting lines, circles, rounded corners and sketches.
We produce 3D mold designs and individual component models of cores, cavities, sliding surfaces and edM electrodes, and mold manufacturers do CNC programming. By creating mold parts as 3d solid models, NC tool paths can be programmed directly from the generated geometry through unigrapics. 2d reference and detailed drawings are finalized in unigrapics or exported to various other CAD packages.
