When designing the SMC mold, we will deisgn the mold cavity according to the detailed size, in addition, we will choose the suitable material according to product surface requirement and the quantity needed. To ensure the product quality and feasibility of producing, we will design reasonable injection system, runner type, heating solution, etc. Also we will pay attention to the material shrinkage, to design an excellent structure mold.
